We all put oregano on our pizza sauce, but did you know that it also makes a great rub for arthritis, or that it can be used as a disinfectant? Garlic not only keeps vampires away, it also keeps colds and flu at bay! It's also good for your heart. Learn how everyday herbs and spices you may already have in your cupboard can be used as herbal medicines and natural first aid for you and your family. Learn how to make your own hot infused and cold infused massage oil.

Discover how to put herbs to work for you and your family. This workshop will cover: Herbs that should be included in an all-natural first aid kit; Uses for each herb and how to prepare them; Multiple uses for herbs; Poultices and other available first-aid remedies; How to make creams, ointments and tinctures; and Stocking your herbal first aid kit. The workshop includes handouts and remedies to put in your first aid kit.
